N.1 Rule for emotional resilience

 
 

The key to good emotional health is awareness and healing of our past wounds.

Just as you maintain your body in shape with regular exercise and a good diet, the mind needs regular mental fitness as well. 

Today I'm going to share with you the N.1 Rule:

  • I am responsible for my emotions.

  • It is not anyone's responsibility to make me happy or unhappy.

  • How I react to others' actions has more to do with me than with them*.

* It is true that our ability to react is proportional to our level of healing, but keeping in mind this premise is fundamental to even begin to heal.


I invite you to observe and read your emotions. They are full of messages that will serve you to heal.
